“Easy & delicious”
4 thick pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream
2 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
*Salt & pepper pork chops & roll in flour.
*Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add chops & brown on both sides.
*Reduce heat & cook until chops are tender.
*Remove chops & keep warm.
*Stir the whipping cream into the skillet, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan.
*Stir in bleu cheese & cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
*Pour sauce over top of pork chops.
*Serve while hot.
