Sausage Casserole II
1 pound ground sausage, browned & drained
8 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup Colby Jack or cheddar cheese, grated
6 slices bread, crust removed
*Cube bread & place in an 8x8-inch buttered baking dish.
*Combine remaining ingredients & pour over bread cubes.
*Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done.
