Oven Barbecued Boston Butt
1 5-pound Boston butt 1 large onion, chopped 3/4 cup vinegar 3/4 cup catsup 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 garlic clove, crushed, optional Black pepper to taste 3 heaping tablespoons light brown sugar 2 tablespoons dry mustard Place pork in foil lined roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over top of meat. Cover tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 6 to 7 hours or until meat is fork tender & falls from bone.
