4 to 6 pork chops, 1 1/2-inches thick

2 cups bread cubes, toasted & crumbled

1/2 to 1 teaspoon dry sage

1 teaspoon dry parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

3/4 cup chopped onion, microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 cup chicken broth, more if needed

*Cut a slit for pocket about 3 inches in pork chop.

*Mix remaining ingredients together adding more broth if needed.

*Stuff chops with mixture & secure with tooth picks.

*Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

*Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chops are tender.

*Remove cover last 15 minutes of baking time.

NOTE: I like to put chops on grill & brown a little on both sides.  Remove from grill & place in baking dish & cook in oven as directed above.  This adds a little more flavor to the chops.  If chops are very lean you may need to add a few tablespoons of water to bottom of pan.
